身体功能训练对大学生羽毛球技术的学习效果研究

Study on the LearningEffect of Physical Function Training on Badminton Skills of College Students

摘要 新时代背景下的体育强国建设要求更加注重大学生运动技能的掌握,养成终身体育的习惯。身体功能训练是体能训练领域的新型锻炼方法。该文将身体功能训练引入大学生羽毛球教学中,经过为期12周的实验发现,参与身体功能训练的受试者在羽毛球技能水平上表现出明显的提高,与传统课堂教学相比存在显著的差异。 The construction of a sports power in the new era requires paying more attention to the mastery of college students'sports skills and developing the habit of lifelong sports.Physical function training is a new exercise method in the field of physical training.In this paper,physical function training is introduced into badminton teaching for college students.After a 12-week experiment,it is found that the participants who participated in physical function training have obviously improved their badminton skills,which is significantly different from traditional classroom teaching.
