基于PLC的工业配料搅拌系统设计

摘要 文章主要探究了物料混合过程中的配料搅拌系统及其控制。该系统将德国SIEMENS公司的S7-1200系列PLC作为控制器,系统硬件选型方面选用了三相异步电动机、西门子G120变频器、三相异步电动机等硬件设备;软件设计方面则根据系统控制要求,完成了系统总体方案设计、系统控制流程绘制以及梯形图(LAD)设计。仿真验证显示,该配料搅拌控制系统可以实现物料进料、搅拌、出料等功能,实现了全自动配料搅拌控制。 The article mainly explores the batching and mixing system and its control in the material mixing process.The system uses the S7-1200 series PLC from SIEMENS in Germany as the controller.In terms of hardware selection,hardware equipment such as three-phase asynchronous motors,Siemens G120 frequency converters,and three-phase asynchronous motors are selected;In terms of software design,the overall system scheme design,system control flow drawing,and ladder diagram(LAD)design were completed according to the system control requirements.Simulation verification shows that the batching and mixing control system can achieve functions such as material feeding,mixing,and discharging,realizing fully automatic batching and mixing control.
