水电站水情水调自动化系统自主可控升级改造方案研究

摘要 2022年9月底,相关部门下发了79号文件,全面指导并要求国有央企落实信息化系统的国产化改造,目标是在2027年前实现央企的信息化系统“安可信创”替代。目前,国内大中型电站的水情监测与调度自动化系统普遍面临建设与投运时间过长的问题,有些系统甚至连续运行超过10年,服务器等设施设备老化,超出更换年限,无法满足庞大的数据存储需求,故障频发,且第三方的等保测评无法通过,亟须更新换代。因此,文章提出一种自主可控的升级改造方案,以实现水调自动化系统在硬件设备、系统软件、应用软件和业务软件等方面的完全自主可控,从而提升系统的稳定性、可靠性、安全性和可控性。 At the end of September 2022,relevant departments issued Document No.79,which comprehensively guided and required state-owned central enterprises to implement the localization transformation of information systems,with the goal of replacing the information systems of central enterprises with“Anke Xinchuang”by 2027.At present,the water situation monitoring and dispatch automation systems of large and medium-sized power stations in China generally face the problem of long construction and operation time.Some systems even operate continuously for more than 10 years,and the facilities and equipment such as servers are aging and beyond the replacement period,unable to meet the huge data storage requirements,frequent failures,and third-party security evaluations cannot pass,urgently needing to be updated and replaced.Therefore,the article proposes an autonomous and controllable upgrade and transformation plan to achieve complete autonomous and controllable hardware equipment,system software,application software,and business software of the water regulation automation system,thereby improving the stability,
