摘要
针对运载火箭贮箱壁板数控加工工艺设计过程人工重复性工作量大、效率低与工艺设计质量一致性差等问题,开展基于个性化定制的数控加工自动编程技术研究。引入工艺方案树状模型,定制基于主观经验的加工工艺方案;采用基于特征组件的方法实现网格槽腔等加工特征的自动识别;以某型号运载火箭短壳壁板为应用对象,定制两种工艺方案流程,基于UG软件平台实现数控加工程序的全自动生成,验证了定制化编程技术的可行性与实用性。
Aiming at the problems of large manual repetitive workload,low efficiency and poor consistency of process design quality in the process design process of NC machining of carrier rocket tank wall panels,the research on NC machining automatic programming technology based on personalized customization is carried out.The process plan tree model based on subjective experience is introduced to support the customization of the machining process plan.The method based on feature components is used to realize the automatic identification of processing features such as grid grooves.Two process schemes have been customized on the short shell wall panel.The automatic generation of CNC machining programs based on the UG platform has verifies the feasibility and practicability of the customized programming technology.
