摘要
通过对电石炉净化灰的燃料特性、粒径特征、灰渣组分、排放污染物浓度等进行分析,研发出一种电石炉净化灰高效洁净焚烧处理新工艺。本文介绍了试验装置的运行情况,对运行中出现的问题进行了分析,并阐述了该工艺产生的经济效益。
Through the analysis of the fuel characteristics,particle size characteristics,ash slag compo⁃nents,and pollutant emission concentration of the purification ash from the calcium carbide furnace,a new high-efficiency and clean incineration treatment process for the purification ash from the calcium carbide furnace has been developed.This paper introduces the operation of the test device,analyzes the problems during the operation,and elaborates the economic benefits generated by this process.
