基于体质学说及德尔菲法研究丹东新型冠状病毒感染地区隔离点人群临床资料采集量表

Study of Clinical Data Collection Scale of Isolated Population in Dandong COVID-19 Infected Area Based on Constitution Theory and Delphi Method

新型冠状病毒随着人群感染不断变异,传染力日益增强,人群普遍易感,易造成大范围流行。2022年5月24日丹东疫病爆发,丹东疫情在一段时间内呈现了“点发”的特点。如何有效阻断新型冠状病毒传播,并且对隔离点患者信息进行快速、高效的收集,同时发挥出中医药优势,采取有效的中医临床措施,对患者有效、安全、快速的防治,是临床中亟须解决的问题。因为新型冠状病毒有一定的潜伏期,所以目前中医临床上对新型冠状病毒感染使用何种中药方剂预防尚无统一的标准。遵循循证医学原理,运用中医体质理论分析丹东地区隔离点人群的临床数据,得出丹东地区所特有的人群体质特征,并利用德尔菲法建立新型冠状病毒感染隔离点患者信息采集量表,对发现疑似新型冠状病毒感染的患者及时运用中医手段进行临床干预,有助于提高在丹东地区隔离点临床中的工作效率,提前切断新型冠状病毒在隔离点的传播。

Corona virus disease(COVID-19)continues to mutate with the increasing infectivity of the population,and the population is generally susceptible to it,which is easy to cause a large-scale epidemic.The epidemic broke out in Dandong on May 24,2022.For a period of time,the epidemic in Dandong showed the characteristics of“spot occurrence”.In order to effectively stop the spread of COVID-19,the information of patients in isolation sites should be collected quickly and efficiently,and effective clinical measures of traditional Chinese medicine should be taken to give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to effectively,safely and quickly prevent and treat patients.It is an urgent problem to be solved in clinic.However,there is no unified standard of traditional Chinese medicine prescription for prevention of COVID-19,because COVID-19 has a certain incubation period.In accordance with the principle of evidence-based medicine,the constitution theory of traditional Chinese medicine was applied to analyze the clinical data of the people in the isolation sites in Dandong,and the unique physical characteristics of the people in Dandong were obtained.The Delphi method was used to establish the information collection scale for patients in the isolation sites of COVID-19,and clinical intervention was carried out in time by means of traditional Chinese medicine for patients suspected of COVID-19 infection.It is helpful to improve the efficiency of clinical work in isolation sites in Dandong area and cut off the spread of COVID-19 in isolation sites in advance.
