我国城市群高等教育协调发展的总体特征及分类推进策略

Study on the General Characteristics and Differentiated Promotion Strategies of Coordinated Development of Higher Education in Chinese City Clusters

中国城市群作为推动区域经济社会发展的核心引擎,其高等教育资源的合理布局与协调发展对实现区域协调和促进共同富裕具有决定性作用。研究选取中国19个城市群作为研究对象,深入分析高等教育与城市群经济社会发展的相互作用及其协同发展水平。研究发现,尽管中国高等教育取得了显著成就,但在区域协调发展方面仍存在挑战,主要表现在不同地区高等教育发展水平的不平衡。城市群高等教育的发展应与国家主体功能区战略相适应,形成具有地域特色的高等教育发展模式,从人才培养、平台搭建、资源整合、评价反馈和新赛道拓展等方面形成特色,推动高等教育与城市群经济社会发展的深度融合。

Chinese city clusters serve as the core engine driving regional economic and social development,and the rational layout and coordinated development of higher education resources are decisive for achieving regional coordination and promoting common prosperity.This study selects 19 city clusters in China as research subjects and conducts an in-depth analysis of the interaction between higher education and the economic and social development of city clusters,as well as their level of coordinated development.The study finds that although China’s higher education has made significant achievements,there are still challenges in terms of coordinated regional development,mainly manifested in the unbalanced development levels of higher education in different regions.The development of higher education in city clusters should be adapted to the national main functional area strategy,forming a higher education development model with regional characteristics,and forming features in aspects such as talent cultivation,platform construction,resource integration,evaluation feedback,and exploring new tracks,to promote the deep integration of higher education with the economic and social development of city clusters.
