智能时代劳动教育的价值意蕴、现实挑战与实践指向

摘要 随着智能时代的来临,劳动形态正经历着深刻变革,智能劳动、数字劳动及线上情感劳动等新劳动形态应运而生。这不仅提升了人们对劳动教育的期待,也为劳动教育注入了新的内涵。在此背景下,劳动教育的价值意蕴在于树立科学的劳动价值观,培育团结协作、批判反思的劳动精神,以及培养智能时代必备的劳动能力。智能技术在推动数智融合、数据驱动、万物互联的同时,也引发了劳动教育内容窄化与扩充的矛盾、劳动教育的具身价值被削弱以及劳动教育评价效能被消解等问题。面对智能技术带给劳动教育的多重挑战,劳动教育应以创建整合性的劳动教育课程体系为内容架构,以构建具身化的劳动实践体系为关键路径,以建立多元化的劳动教育评价体系为评价机制,突破智能技术所带来的藩篱,推动未来劳动教育行稳致远。 With the advent of the intelligent era,labour forms are undergoing profound changes,and new labour forms such as intelligent labour,digital labour and online emotional labour have emerged.This not only raises people’s expectations for labour education,but also injects new connotations into labour education.In this context,the value of labour education lies in establishing scientific labour values,shaping the labour spirit of solidarity,collaboration and critical reflection,and cultivating the necessary labour abilities in the smart era.While promoting the integration of digital intelligence,data-driven,and the interconnection of everything,smart technology has also triggered the contradiction between the narrowing and expansion of the content of labour education,the weakening of the embodied value of labour education,and the dissolution of the effectiveness of the evaluation of labour education,and so on.In the face of the multiple challenges brought by intelligent technology to labour education,labour education should take the creation of an integrated labour education curriculum system as the content structure,the construction of an embodied labour practice system as the key path,and the establishment of a diversified labour education evaluation system as the evaluation mechanism,in order to break through the barriers brought by intelligent technology,and to promote the future of labour education in a stable and far-reaching way.
