橙花精油眼部刮痧联合耳穴压豆治疗青少年近视的疗效

Observation on the clinical effect of Neroli essential oil eye Gua Sha combined with ear point pressure bean in the treatment of myopia in teenagers

目的目的探究橙花精油眼部刮痧联合耳穴压豆治疗青少年近视的疗效。方法方法选择2021年2月~2022年8月本门诊部收治的青少年近视患者110例,采用抽签法将其分为对照组(常规西医)和观察组(橙花精油眼部刮痧联合耳穴压豆),每组55例。连续治疗两个月后,对比两组视力水平、屈光度及眼轴长度及生活质量。结果结果治疗后观察组BC-VA水平高于对照组,SE水平低于对照组,眼轴长度短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗2个月后生活质量评分更高(P<0.05)。结论结论橙花精油眼部刮痧联合耳穴压豆治疗青少年近视效果明显,可以提高视力水平,缩短眼轴长度,进而提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of orange blossom essential oil eye scraping combined with ear point bean press-ing on the treatment of adolescent myopia.Methods 110 adolescent myopia patients admitted to our outpatient department from February 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into a control group(conventional Western medicine)and an observation group(orange blossom oil eye scraping combined with ear point bean pressing)by drawing lots,with 55 cases in each group.After two months of continuous treatment,the vision level,refraction,axial length and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,BC-VA level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,SE level was low-er than that in the control group,and axial length of the eye was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was higher after 2 months of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Orange blossom oil eye scraping com-bined with ear point bean pressing has obvious effects on adolescent myopia.It can improve vision level,shorten axial length,and then improve quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
