Breakthroughs in quantum computing and quantum entanglement technology have reshaped the way information is processed,challenging traditional notions of consciousness and the structures of social governance.As intelligent systems become more deeply integrated,ethical issues between self and collective consciousness,free will and technological control become more prominent.Interdisciplinary dialogue is crucial for constructing a balanced framework that integrates innovation and ethics,promoting the harmonious coexistence of quantum intelligence and core human values.Quantum intelligence not only provides tech-nical solutions for optimizing the allocation of social resources and enhancing global welfare,but also offers a philosophical opportunity to redefine human identity and collective consciousness.In the integration of technology and ethics,ensuring its sustain-able development and benefiting all of humanity is of paramount importance.Looking to the future,humanity must maintain an open mind and a spirit of collaboration,promoting quantum intelligence as a positive force in shaping a better future through a new social contract of fairness,responsibility,and innovation.
