民族地区高质量国家通用语言文字育人体系的逻辑建构

摘要 民族地区的国家通用语言文字育人体系建构是培养社会主义事业接班人的必要条件,也是教育高质量发展的基础支撑。依据教育的生态逻辑,民族地区的国家通用语言文字育人体系以学校教育为主体,延伸到家庭、政府和社会,形成学校育人体系和社会协同育人体系两个部分。学校育人体系以“五育”课程体系建设为核心,建立全员、全过程、全方位的“三全”育人机制;社会协同育人体系重在建设家、校、政、社四位一体的协同育人新样态和语言文字社会综合治理新格局。本文认为,当前应着力加强理论研究与实践探索,多学科、多主体共同参与创新理论与实践;分地区、分学段加强课程体系建设;家校政社协同,提高社会综合治理能力;服务、保障全面升级,优化教育资源供给。 The construction of the education system of the national standard language in ethnic areas is the necessary condition for training the successors of the socialist cause,and also the basic support for the high-quality development of education.According to the ecological logic of education,the national standard language and written education system in ethnic areas takes school education as the main body and extends to the family,government and society,forming two parts:school education system and social cooperative education system.The school education system takes the construction of“five education”curriculum system as the core,and improves the“three whole”education mechanism of all staff,whole process and all aspects;the social cooperative education system focuses on the new pattern of family,school,government and society and the new pattern of comprehensive governance of language and written society.According to the analysis,we should focus on strengthening the theoretical research and practical exploration,the participation of multi-disciplines and multi-subjects,innovating the theory and practice.Besides,we should strengthen the curriculum system construction of family,school,government and society,improving the comprehensive management ability of society,upgrading service and guarantee comprehensively,and optimizing the supply of educational resources.
