摘要
中文工坊是“嵌入”在海外中资企业中的新型“中文+职业技能”教学平台,不仅为“走出去”企业属地员工和当地社区民众提供定制化的中文和职业技能培训,也为他们进入海外中资企业实习就业提供机会。目前中文工坊建设已初具规模,呈现出空间分布聚集化、服务行业多样化、办学模式协同化及教学内容融合化的样态特征。但也面临着顶层设计相对滞后、优质教育资源较为匮乏、主客体需求尚未有效对接、国际知名度有待提升等现实挑战,亟须通过加强顶层设计,提高教育资源适配度,发挥多元主体作用等措施优化中文工坊的全球和区域布局,实现中文工坊供需侧的精准对接并持续提高其品牌知名度,多种措施并举推动中文工坊的可持续高质量发展。
Chinese Workshop is a new“Chinese+vocational skills”teaching platform“embedded”in overseas Chinese enterprises,which not only provides customized Chinese language and vocational skills training for employees of“going global”enterprises and local communities,but also provides opportunities for them to enter overseas Chinese enterprises for internship and employment.At present,the construction of Chinese workshop has begun to take shape,showing the characteristics of spatial distribution aggregation,diversification of service industries,collaboration of school-running mode and integration of teaching content.However,it is also faced with practical challenges such as lagging toplevel design,lack of high-quality education resources.Besides,the demand of subject and object has not been effectively connected,and the international visibility needs to be improved.It is urgent to optimize the global and regional layout of Chinese workshops by strengthening the top-level design,improving the appropriate allocation of educational resources,and playing the role of multiple subjects,so as to realize the effective docking of Chinese workshops on the supply and demand side,continuously improve its brand awareness,and take multiple measures to promote the sustainable and high-quality development of Chinese workshops.
