摘要
科技汉语教材的编写质量和水平,直接影响高校相关专业国际生汉语能力的提高和专业知识的增长,而语法的编写无疑是影响科技汉语教材质量和水平的关键因素。本文探讨食品工程类科技汉语语法的特点,初步搭建出符合科技汉语语法教学规律的“格局+碎片化”语法结构框架。践行语法编写的“格局+碎片化”“三一语法”“语体语法”和“基于使用的语法教学观”的编写理念。参照汉语教材编写的通用原则,分析“中文+食品专业”教材语法编写的特色,为科技类专门用途汉语教材语法编写体例和编排模式探索新的路径。
The writing quality and level of sci-tech Chinese textbooks directly affect the improvement of Chinese ability and professional knowledge of international students of relevant majors in universities,and the writing of grammar is undoubtedly the key factor affecting the quality and level of sci-tech Chinese teaching materials.This paper explores the characteristics of scientific Chinese grammar in food engineering,and preliminarily constructs a“pattern+fragmentation”grammar structure framework that conforms to the laws of scientific Chinese grammar teaching,practicing the writing idea of“pattern+fragmentation”,“trinity grammar”,“style grammar”,and“use-based grammar teaching concept”in grammar writing.Referring to the general principles of writing Chinese textbooks,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the grammar writing in the“Chinese+food professional”textbook,and explores new paths for the grammar writing style and arrangement mode of science and technology specialized Chinese textbooks.
