2022~2024年凉州区牛结节性皮肤病免疫效果评估

Evaluation of Immune Effect of Lumpy Skin Disease in Liangzhou District from 2022 to 2024

牛结节性皮肤病病毒可感染不同品种、不同日龄的牛,导致患病牛只消瘦、母牛流产、皮肤结节等,给养殖场(户)造成较大经济损失,为预防该病的发生,可对牛群进行免疫。为了解免疫效果,2022~2024年每年7月采集牛血780份进行LSD抗体检测,结果显示,抗体水平均在70%以上,表明免疫接种为凉州区肉牛产业持续发展筑牢了免疫屏障。

Lumpy skin disease can infect cattle of different breeds and ages,resulting in emasculation and abortion of infected cattle,causing huge economic losses to the cattle industry.In order to prevent the occurrence of the disease,cattle can be immunized.In order to understand the immune effect,780 samples of bovine blood will be collected every July from 2022 to 2024 for LSD antibody detection.The antibody level is above 70%,which builds a solid immune barrier for the healthy development of beef cattle industry.
