As things stand at present,to effectively prevent and control potential risk during the transition period contained in the environmental protection industry,it is necessary to adhere to the principle of prioritizing people's interests,exercising discretionary power reasonably,and achieving effective regulation of power.At the same time,in order to address the challenges faced by the current environmental protection industry regulation,such as weak legal foundation,imperfect power operation mechanism and supervision mechanism,it is necessary to construct a sound path for environmental protection industry regulation from the perspective of security transformation,clarify the power and responsibility relationship of administrative subjects,and optimize the supervision mechanism of regulatory power.
