摘要
环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)是一类具有高度稳定性的闭合环状结构的RNA分子,广泛存在于真核生物细胞质中。CircRNA参与调控细胞增殖、分化、凋亡等生物学过程,在肿瘤发生发展过程中发挥关键作用。环状RNA Ras同源家族成员T1(circular RNA Ras homolog family member T1,circRHOT1)作为一种circRNA,在胰腺癌、肝细胞癌、非小细胞肺癌和膀胱癌等多种临床常见肿瘤中异常表达,并能够调控肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭和迁移等恶性生物学行为。本文将对circRHOT1在肿瘤中的表达及调控机制进行综述,以期为相关肿瘤的早期诊断、靶向治疗和预后评估提供新方向。
Circular RNA(circRNA)is an RNA molecule with a closed-loop structure that is highly stable and widely present in the eukaryotic cytoplasm.CircRNA has been involved in modulating biological processes such as cell proliferation,differentiation,and apoptosis and plays a key role in the process of tumorigenesis and development.Circular RNA Ras homolog family member T1(circRHOT1),as circRNA,is aberrantly expressed in a variety of common clinical cancers,such as pancreatic cancer,hepatocellular carcinoma,non-small cell lung cancer,and bladder cancer.It can also regulate malignant biological behaviors such as tumor proliferation,invasion and migration.In this study,we review the literature on the expression and regulatory mechanisms of circRHOT1 in the tumorigenesis,in order to provide a new direction for the early diagnosis,targeted therapy of related tumors and patients’prognosis.
