敦煌遗书中临证辨治牛皮癣角药探析

角药是以中医基本理论为指导,中医辨证论治为前提的三药联用,互为犄角的一种临床组方配伍用药形式。从敦煌遗书中可提取具有“藤”“子”“草”“白”“香”“叶”药物功效的6组特色角药,其功能为清热凉血、疏风止痒、搜风除湿、养血润肤、养阴润燥、息风止痒、通络消斑。在临证辨治牛皮癣时尤其标新立异,配伍严谨,组方独特,用药灵活,可拟方名,疗效显著,常获痊愈。通过总结为临床诊治牛皮癣提供宝贵的参考价值。
