介绍中医辨证论治宁夏地区日光性皮炎的经验并浅析其相关理论。日光性皮炎与外邪日毒、风,内邪湿与热密切相关,主要责之肺、脾、肾三脏,病机之本为禀赋不耐,脾胃虚弱,之标为日毒兼有风邪。辨证多为湿热蕴肤和血虚风燥。针对相应的证型特点,应用自拟枸杞避日汤加味施治,临床上获益者颇多。并附验案2则,以资佐证。

According to the characteristics of the corresponding syndrome type, the application of self-prepared Gouqi Biri Decoction to treat the solar dermatitis, the clinical benefit is quite a lot. And attached to two cases for evidence.
