摘要
目的建立氯氰菊酯的8种对映异构体手性拆分方法。方法采用液相色谱-气相色谱-质谱联用法,通过Chiralcel OD-3[纤维素-三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)]手性柱,得到8种氯氰菊酯异构体的7个色谱峰,分为两组分析。采用液相色谱-气相色谱-质谱联用系统,将两个分离组分别通过进样针模式的LC-GC接口在线注入PTV进样口中实现浓缩,再使用气相色谱串联质谱方法进行异构体的完全分离。结果实现了氯氰菊酯8个对映异构体的完全分离。结论开发的液相色谱-气相色谱-质谱联用方法能够实现氯氰菊酯8种异构体的完全拆分,缩短了分析时间,提高了分离效率。
Objective This study aims to establish an effective chiral separation method for eight enantiomers of cypermethrin.Methods A liquid chromatography-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-GC-MS)approach was utilized to achieve separation,employing a Chiralcel OD-3 chiral column.Through this method,seven chromatographic peaks corresponding to chiral cypermethrin were obtained and subsequently categorized into two groups.The LC-GC-MS system was then employed to concentrate these two groups by utilizing an online injection into the PTV injection port via the LC-GC interface in injection needle mode.Complete separation of the isomers was achieved using GC-MS/MS.Results Complete separation of all eight enantiomers of cypermethrin was successfully achieved.Conclusions The developed LC-GC-MS method enables the complete separation of the eight isomers of cypermethrin,thereby reducing analysis time and enhancing separation efficiency.
