Expert consensus on technical specifications for clinical blood use in medical institutions in Shenzhen

在医疗机构中,临床用血涉及多个方面。临床医师不仅要具备良好的专业素养,做到合理用血,还要严格遵守输血相关法规、规范、标准,保证患者用血安全。将两者有机地融为一体,才能在实际工作中体现出用血的合理性与管理的规范性,为患者提供及时、优质的输血服务,降低输血风险。为此,深圳市医师协会输血科医师分会专家经共同讨论,制订了本共识。

In medical institutions,clinical blood use involves multiple aspects.Clinicians not only need to possess good professional ethics to achieve rational use of blood,but also strictly adhere to transfusion-related laws,norms and standards to ensure the safety of blood use for patients.Integrating these elements organically can reflect the rationality of blood use and the normativity of management in actual work,providing patients with timely,high-quality transfusion services,and reducing the risks associated with transfusion.To this end,after joint discussions,the experts of the Transfusion Branch of Shenzhen Medical Doctor Association has developed this consensus.
