复方丹参滴丸联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果及对HMGB1、GM-CSF、CGRP水平的影响

Effect of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and its influences on the levels of HMGB1,GM-CSF and CGRP

目的探究复方丹参滴丸联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果。方法选择2021年3月至2023年2月我院收治的103例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=51)与观察组(n=52)。对照组接受常规对症治疗增加美托洛尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加复方丹参滴丸治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的心绞痛持续时间、心绞痛发作频率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)、粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)水平低于对照组,降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的颈股脉搏波传导速度(cfPWV)、臂踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)均低于对照组,踝臂指数(ABI)高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心绞痛可调节HMGB1、GM-CSF、CGRP水平,改善大动脉僵硬度,缩短心绞痛发作持续时间,降低心绞痛发作频率,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the effect of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods A total of 103 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted in our hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(n=51)and observation group(n=52)by random number table method.The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment and metoprolol treatment,and the observation group was treated with compound Danshen dripping pills on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the duration of angina pectoris and the frequency of angina pectoris in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1)and granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the carotid femoral pulse wave velocity(cfPWV)and brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the ankle brachial index(ABI)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound Danshen dripping pills combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris can regulate the levels of HMGB1,GM-CSF and CGRP,improve arterial stiffness,shorten the duration of angina pectoris,reduce the frequency of angina pectoris,and have high safety.
