艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗消化性溃疡合并幽门螺杆菌感染患者的效果

Effect of esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer complicated with Helicobacter pylori infection

目的分析艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗消化性溃疡合并幽门螺杆菌感染患者的效果。方法选取2021年1月至12月我院收治的100例消化性溃疡合并幽门螺杆菌感染患者为研究对象,将其随机分为常规组和观察组,各50例。常规组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规组基础上加用艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的胃泌素-17(G-17)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ及胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ水平低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于常规组,CD8^(+)低于常规组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗消化性溃疡合并幽门螺杆菌感染患者效果显著,可快速消除炎症反应,调节胃功能,且安全性好。

Objective To analyze the effect of esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer complicated with Helicobacter pylori infection.Methods A total of 100 patients with peptic ulcer complicated with Helicobacter pylori infection admitted in our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into routine group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets on the basis of the routine group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of gastrin-17(G-17),pepsinogenⅠand pepsinogenⅡin the observation group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group,and the CD8^(+)was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer complicated with Helicobacter pylori infection has significant effect.It can quickly eliminate inflammatory reactions and regulate gastric function,and has good safety.
