基于规范化管理的预防性护理结合积极心理干预对淋巴瘤化疗患者并发症发生情况及疾病自我感受负担的影响

Effects of preventive nursing based on standardized management combined with positive psychological intervention on the occurrence of complications and disease self-perceived burden in lymphoma patients undergoing chemotherapy

目的探讨基于规范化管理的预防性护理结合积极心理干预对淋巴瘤化疗患者并发症发生情况及疾病自我感受负担的影响。方法选取2021年10月至2022年10月我院收治的95例淋巴瘤化疗患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(47例)和观察组(48例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施基于规范化管理的预防性护理结合积极心理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的自我感受负担量表(SPBS)各维度评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)各维度评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于规范化管理的预防性护理结合积极心理干预可降低淋巴瘤化疗患者的并发症发生率,减轻其疾病自我感受负担,并提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of preventive nursing based on standardized management combined with positive psychological intervention on the occurrence of complications and disease self-perceived burden in lymphoma patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 95 lymphoma patients undergoing chemotherapy admitted in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(47 cases)and observation group(48 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given preventive nursing based on standardized management combined with positive psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Preventive nursing based on standardized management combined with positive psychological intervention can reduce the incidence of complications in lymphoma patients undergoing chemotherapy,relieve disease self-perceived burden,and improve the quality of life.
