摘要
鼻咽癌(NPC)是头颈部肿瘤中常见的恶性肿瘤之一。影像组学通过分析CT、MRI及PET图像的纹理、形状、信号强度分布等,从中获取肿瘤组织高通量的特征,深挖肿瘤内部生物学信息,拓宽了常规医学成像在临床肿瘤学中的应用场景。其中,MRI在软组织分辨率方面具有显著优势,能够清晰地显示鼻咽部的解剖结构、病变范围及对周围组织侵犯情况,是NPC诊断及分期的首选影像学检查方法。本文就MRI影像组学在NPC临床诊疗应用中的现况研究进行综述。
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)is one of the common malignant tumors in head and neck tumors.MRI-based radiomics has broadened the application scenarios of conventional medical imaging in clinical oncology by analyzing the texture,shape,and signal intensity distribution of CT,MRI,and PET images,from which we can obtain high-throughput features of tumor tissues and dig deep into the internal biological information of tumors.Among them,MRI has a significant advantage in soft tissue resolution,which can clearly display the anatomical structure of the nasopharynx,the scope of the lesion and the invasion of surrounding tissues,and is the preferred imaging method for the diagnosis and staging of NPC.In this paper,we review the current status of MRI-based radiomics in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of NPC.
