摘要
胎盘是位于母体和胎儿之间的重要过渡性器官,胎盘血流异常是导致产科疾病的主要原因;准确、安全、有效地评估胎盘血流变化对临床干预和改善胎儿预后至关重要。超声是评估胎盘血流的重要影像学手段。本文就多普勒超声监测胎盘血流的进展进行综述。
Placenta is an important transitional organ between mother and fetus,and abnormal placental blood flow is the main cause of obstetric diseases;Accurate,safe and effective assessment of placental blood flow changes is essential for clinical intervention and improving fetal prognosis.Ultrasound is an important imaging method to evaluate placental blood flow.This article reviews the progress of color Doppler ultrasound monitoring of placental blood flow.
