摘要
乳腺癌是女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,也是全世界女性因恶性肿瘤死亡的主要原因。影像组学能快速、高效地将医学图像信息转化为可量化的影像学数据,定量地分析肿瘤内部生物学信息,评估整个肿瘤的异质性。全文简要阐述影像组学,并基于磁共振成像(MRI)影像组学在乳腺癌的诊断、受体表达及分子分型、疗效评价、复发预测等方面的研究进展予以综述。
Breast cancer is the highest incidence of malignant tumor in women,and it is also the main cause of death of malignant tumor in women all over the world.Radiomics can quickly and efficiently transform medical image information into quantifiable imaging data,quantitatively analyze the internal biological information of tumor,and evaluate the heterogeneity of the whole tumor.This paper briefly describes radiomics,and reviews the research progress of MRI-based radiomics in breast cancer diagnosis,receptor expression and molecular classification,curative effect evaluation,recurrence prediction and so on.
