摘要
为了提升城市桥梁安全风险评估技术能力,提出一种基于层次分析法和决策实验室法(AHP-DEMATEL)的城市桥梁运营期风险评估方法,构建了包含3个一级指标、19个二级指标的城市桥梁运营期风险评估指标体系,通过AHP-DEMATEL的组合对指标体系进行层次划分及组合权重计算,同时基于灰色系统理论对桥梁的风险结果进行模糊计算,得到桥梁的风险评估结果,并以A大桥为算例,计算得到该桥的风险值为6.33分,风险等级为四类风险(较高风险),验证了该方法的可行性与适用性,并依据评估结果给出了相关的养护及安全监测的建议。该研究成果将应用于城市生命线桥梁安全工程建设。
In order to enhance the technical capability of urban bridge safety risk assessment,this paper proposed a risk assessment method for urban bridge operation period based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Decision Laboratory Method(AHP-DEMATEL).A risk assessment index system for urban bridge operation period was constructed,which includes 3 primary indicators and 19 secondary indicators.The index system was hierarchically divided and the combination weight calculated through the combination of AHP-DEMATEL.At the same time,the risk results of the bridge were fuzzy calculated based on Grey System Theory to obtain the risk assessment results of the bridge.Taking A bridge as an example,the risk value of the bridge was calculated as 6.33 points,and the risk level was classified as four categories of higher risks.The feasibility and applicability of this method were verified,and relevant maintenance and suggestions for safety monitoring were given based on the assessment results.The research results will be applied to the safety engineering construction of urban lifeline bridges.
