电化学储能电站环境风险评估方法研究

摘要 针对目前储能系统环境风险评估研究的不足,通过分析国内外相关领域的环境风险评估研究进展,建立电化学储能电站环境风险评估指标体系。对电化学储能电站的环境风险影响因素进行识别,从源项因子、过程因子、受体因子3个方面进行考虑,构建适用于电化学储能电站的环境风险评估指标体系,以风险矩阵法来评估电站环境风险水平。选取湖北省黄冈市某电化学储能电站为案例,对其环境风险特征进行分析,得出该电站的环境风险等级,验证了评估方法的有效性,可为同类电站环境风险评估工作提供借鉴。 In response to the limitations of current research on environmental risk assessment of energy storage systems,a system of environmental risk assessment indicators for electrochemical energy storage stations was established by analyzing the progress of environmental risk assessment research in relevant fields at home and abroad.This paper identified the environmental risk influencing factors of electrochemical energy storage stations and constructed an environmental risk assessment index system suitable for electrochemical energy storage stations based on three factors:source factor,process factor,and receptor factor.The risk matrix method was used to assess the environmental risks related to stations.Selecting a certain electrochemical energy storage station in Huanggang City,Hubei Province as a case study,this study analyzed its environmental risk characteristics,obtained the environmental risk degree of the station,verified the effectiveness of the evaluation method,and provided reference for the environmental risk assessment of similar electrochemical energy storage stations.
