基于改进启发式算法的四向穿梭车系统双端预编组研究

摘要 四向穿梭车存储系统是一种新型密集存储系统,可以满足电商环境下仓储快速响应的需求。四向库具有双端检索货物的功能,以释放库存潜力并提升出入库的效率。由于系统的多深位特性,出库过程中会涉及额外的检索操作,因此提前对货物进行预编组排序至关重要。针对四向库预编组问题,设计了一种改进的启发式算法,在非高峰出库时段通过双端检索排序使货物达到有序状态,减少出库移动步数和检索时间,从而提高仓储作业的效率。结果表明:相较于L公司现有算法,该算法平均减少了12.82%的移动步数;采用矩形布局和双端出库布局可以进一步减少移动步数,分别平均减少了35.44%和12.82%的移动次数。 The four-way shuttle storage and retrieval system emerges as a pioneering solution,which is assured to meet the rapid response demands of warehouses in the dynamic e-commerce landscape.Equipped with the capability of dual-end goods retrieval,this system optimizes inventory utilization and expedites warehouse operations.However,the inherent multi-deep feature of the system may introduce additional retrieval complexities during outbound processes,underscoring the significance of pre-marshalling goods.Addressing this challenge,an enhanced heuristic algorithm was proposed to orchestrate orderly goods arrangement through dual-end retrieval sorting during off-peak outbound periods,thereby minimizing movement steps and streamlining layout time to enhance warehousing efficiency.Experimental findings demonstrated that,compared to the existing algorithm employed by L company,the proposed algorithm reduces average movement steps by 12.82%.Moreover,adopting rectangular layouts and dual-end retrieval configurations further diminishes movement steps by an average of 35.44%and 12.82%,respectively.
