公安县新型农民合作社发展水平的影响因素分析

Analysis of the Influencing Factors of the Development Level of New Farmers′Cooperatives in Gongan County

新时代县域农民合作社发展是乡村振兴的重要抓手。以公安县为例,构建2017—2022年公安县16个乡镇农民合作社的面板数据,利用空间杜宾模型分析公安县新型农民合作社发展水平的相关影响因素。结果表明:除少数乡镇外,公安县各乡镇农民合作社建设水平与2017年相比总体呈上升态势,且不同地方存在差异化特征;新型农民合作社发展水平的提升及农民合作社的发展具有明显的空间溢出效应,对周边相邻地区也会产生明显的带动效果;入社农民的净收入增长效应指数、合作社引入企业的技术投入程度均能直接或间接影响当地新型农民合作社的发展水平。研究结果可为进一步促进农民合作社建设及区域农村经济发展贡献边际力量。

The development of county-level rural cooperatives in the new era is an important lever for rural revitalization.Taking Gongan County as an example,this study constructed panel data of 16 rural cooperatives in Gongan County from 2017 to 2022,and analyzed the relevant influencing factors of the development level of new rural cooperatives in Gongan County using the spatial Durbin model.The study showed that:①Except for a few townships,the level of construction of rural cooperatives in all townships in Gongan County is generally on the rise compared with 2017,and there are differentiated features in different places.②The improvement of the development level of new farmers′cooperatives and the development of farmers′cooperatives have obvious spatial spillover effects,and will also have an obvious driving effect on the neighboring areas around it.③The net income growth effect index of enrolled farmers and the degree of technical inputs introduced by cooperatives into enterprises can directly or indirectly affect the development level of local new farmers′cooperatives.The study contributes marginal power to further promote the construction of rural cooperatives as well as regional rural economic development.
