摘要
目的探讨基于信息-动机-行为技巧模型(IMB)的健康教育在乳腺癌放疗患者中的应用效果。方法依据干预方式的不同将86例乳腺癌放疗患者分为对照组(n=44)和观察组(n=42),对照组患者接受常规干预,观察组患者接受基于IMB的健康教育。比较两组患者的自我管理效能[中文版癌症自我管理效能感量表(C-SUPPH)]、心理状况[正性负性情绪自评量表(PANAS)]、不良反应发生情况和满意度。结果干预后,两组患者C-SUPPH各维度评分均高于本组干预前,观察组患者C-SUPPH各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。干预后,两组患者正性情绪评分均高于本组干预前,负性情绪评分均低于本组干预前,观察组患者正性情绪评分高于对照组,负性情绪评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应总发生率为7.14%,低于对照组患者的22.73%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患者的满意度为100%,明显高于对照组患者的79.55%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论基于IMB的健康教育可有效改善乳腺癌放疗患者的自我管理效能,改善心理状态,降低不良反应发生率,提高干预满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of health education based on information-motivation-behavioral skills model(IMB)on patients with breast cancer undergoing radiotherapy.Method According to different intervention methods,86 patients with breast cancer undergoing radiotherapy were divided into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=42).Patients in the control group received routine intervention,while patients in the observation group received health education based on IMB.The self-management efficacy[Chinese-strategies used by people to promote health(C-SUPPH)],psychological status[positive and negative affect schedule(PANAS)],incidence of adverse reactions,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention,the scores of dimensions of C-SUPPH in both groups were higher than those before intervention,the scores of dimensions of C-SUPPH in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the positive emotional scores of both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the negative emotional scores were lower than those before intervention,the positive emotional score in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the negative emotional score was lower than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 7.14%,which was lower than 22.73%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate in observation group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 79.55%in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Health education based on IMB can effectively improve the self-management efficacy of breast cancer undergoing radiotherapy,improve their psychological status,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the satisfaction of intervention.
