人口老龄化问题逐渐凸显,且我国逐步进入老龄化社会。在老龄化社会如何引导青年学生爱老、敬老成为一个重要的课题。而高职院校的青年学生作为国家接续奋斗的建设者,也承担着弘扬传统孝文化、维护社会稳定的重要职责。因此,该文深入挖掘孝文化的深刻内涵,阐述了老龄化社会孝文化融入高职院校教育的价值及内在契合,重点分析了孝文化融入高职教育的短板,并提出融入措施:重视孝文化融入高职院校教育,加强统筹谋划;以课程建设为起点,推进孝文化融入高职课程体系;加强校园孝文化建设,营造良好的育人氛围;以融媒体中心建设为突破点,拓宽孝文化传承新阵地等。该文旨在弘扬传统美德,推动社会和谐,实现青年担当。

The problem of aging population is gradually becoming prominent,and China is gradually entering an aging society.How to guide young students to love and respect the elderly in an aging society has become an important issue.As the builders of the country's continuous struggle,young students in vocational colleges also bear the important responsibility of promoting traditional filial piety culture and maintaining social stability.Therefore,this article deeply explores the profound connotation of filial piety culture,elaborates on the value and inherent fit of integrating filial piety culture into vocational education in an aging society,focuses on analyzing the shortcomings of integrating filial piety culture into vocational education,and proposes integration measures:attaching importance to the integration of filial piety culture into vocational education,strengthening overall planning;Starting from curriculum construction,promote the integration of filial piety culture into the vocational education curriculum system;strengthen the construction of filial piety culture on campus and create a good atmosphere for nurturing students;taking the construction of integrated media centers as a breakthrough point,expanding new frontiers for the inheritance of filial piety culture,etc.It aims to promote traditional virtues,advance social harmony,and achieve youth responsibility.
