The rapid development of modern information technology has provided unprecedented opportunities for the transmission and protection of intangible cultural heritage resources.By applying modern information technology in a scientific and rational manner to establish a digital and intelligent protection and utilization system,we can create a comprehensive and robust framework for the transmission and protection of these resources.This approach not only significantly enhances the level of protection and transmission of intangible cultural heritage but also broadens the channels and pathways for their preservation and transmission.More importantly,this process will further leverage the cultural nurturing functions of intangible cultural heritage,thereby fostering a favorable environment for cultural transmission and development within society.Based on this,this paper focuses on analyzing and discussing key issues such as the important values,principles,and strategies involved in the digital protection and transmission of intangible cultural heritage resources,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for related research.
