多弯弹片级进模设计

摘要 通过对弹片的成形工艺进行分析,设计了级进模,模具整合冲废料、弯曲、角度调整等多道工序,并对模具的关键部位和难点进行了特殊设计,以提高成形效率和零件尺寸的稳定性。经实际生产验证:模具成形零件的方式稳定可靠,可为类似零件的模具设计提供参考。 Through analyzing the forming process of spring leaf,a progressive die was designed.The die integrated multiple processes such as punching wastes,bending,angle adjustment and edge coiling,and the key parts and difficulties of the die were specially designed to improve the forming efficiency and the stability of parts size.The actual production verified that the forming method of the die was stable and reliable,which could provide references for the die design of sim-ilar parts.
