顶盖全景天窗翻边工艺与回弹控制方法

摘要 针对顶盖天窗翻边过程中四周转角和两侧直边回弹的问题,分析2种天窗翻边成形方式和特点,常规天窗研究了不同压边力、圆角半径、翻边间隙等参数对其回弹的影响,通过获得最优参数匹配,在一定程度上消除了回弹缺陷;尺寸较大的全景天窗翻边在最优翻边参数下,设计了延时保压系统,通过零回弹装置、气路系统和气控换向阀的程序控制动作,在手动调试中实现了8组延时系统控制的同步性,消除因延时保压不同步产生的回弹缺陷。 Aiming at the springback problem of the corners and straight flange on both sides during the flanging process of the roof skylight,the forming methods and characteristics of the two kinds of skylight flanging were analyzed.The influence of different parameters such as blank holding force,fillet radius and flanging clearance on the springback of the conventional skylight was stud-ied,and the springback defects were eliminated to a certain extent by obtaining the optimal param-eter matching.Under the optimal flanging parameters of large panoramic skylight,a delayed pres-sure holding system was designed,the control synchronization of eight groups of delayed system was realized in the debugging of manual wire press through the program action of zero springback device,gas circuit system and pneumatic control valve,which eliminated the springback defect caused by the non-synchronization of delayed pressure holding.
