智能电力线路卡口器盖模具设计

摘要 结合智能电力线路卡口器盖的结构特点及成形精度的需求,根据企业现状采用单工序模成形制件,为其设计了12个工位冲压成形,每个工位1副模具。针对特殊工位成形需求,设计了3种成形机构,分别为插杆推顶式双侧滑块机构、级进双滑块机构、内外双滑块同步弯曲机构,机构简单实用,加工方便,所设计的模具有较好的借鉴作用。 Combined with the structural characteristics of the fastener cover used in the intelligent power line and the demand of forming accuracy,and according to the current situation of the en-terprise,the stamping by 12 work stations were designed for the single die forming parts.Aim at the forming requirements of special stations,three kinds of forming mechanisms were designed,which were plunger ejecting type double-sided slider mechanism,progressive double-slider mech-anism,and internal and external double-slider synchronous bending mechanism,the mechanisms were simple and practical,and easy to process.
