多点无线自组网传感的起重机回转支承实时监测平台

摘要 针对多个起重机械大型回转支承的多点实时监测的要求,文中构建了多点无线自组网传感的起重机回转支承实时监测平台,旨在解决大型回转支承多点实时监测的技术挑战。利用低频振动传感器和无线模块构建节点分布式的自组网,动态地建立新的链接与其他节点相连,以降低数据传输丢失率,提升数据传输可靠性;且具有抗干扰特点,能够适应复杂的服役环境。此外,通过数据加密技术和低能耗的代码分发协议,不仅确保了数据传输的安全性和隐私性,还延长了传感器节点网络的生命周期。该平台在回转支承状态监测领域的应用优化了无线自组网的自组织、自修复能力,同时深入研究了无线传感器网络的安全与防御挖掘技术,提升了安全性能,完善无线传感器网络的安全知识库。 Based on the requirements of multi-point real-time monitoring of large slewing bearings of multiple cranes,a multi-point wireless ad hoc network sensing platform for real-time monitoring of crane slewing bearings is constructed to solve the technical challenges in multi-point real-time monitoring of large slewing bearings.Using low-frequency vibration sensors and wireless modules to build a distributed ad hoc network of nodes,and dynamically establish new links to connect with other nodes,so as to reduce the data transmission loss rate and improve the data transmission reliability.The platform has anti-jamming function and can adapt to complex service environment.In addition,data encryption technology and lowenergy code distribution protocol not only ensure the security and privacy of data transmission,but also extend the life cycle of sensor node networks.The application of the platform in the field of slewing bearing condition monitoring optimizes the self-organization and self-repair ability of wireless ad hoc networks,and brings in-depth research on the security and defense mining technology of wireless sensor networks,which improves the security performance and supplement the security knowledge base of wireless sensor networks.
