摘要
链斗式连续卸船机是港口散料卸载的重要设备,文中阐述了连续卸船机的工作原理,并分析了不同参数对取料能力与提升能力的影响,得出各自对应的能力计算,为确保设备在运行过程中卸载平稳性进行了运行状态的分析,得出超载后生产率的控制及运行时间的设定。同时,通过图像采集系统实时监测链斗的填充率,并进行系统载荷计算,实现了生产率的实时监控,进一步保证生产平稳。分析结果对连续卸船机取料提升系统设计及控制提供了依据,同时对取料提升的状态提供了一种分析方法。
Chain bucket continuous ship unloader is an important equipment for bulk material unloading in port.In this paper,the working principle of continuous ship unloader is introduced in detail,and the influence of different parameters on material taking capacity and lifting capacity is analyzed,and the corresponding capacity calculation was obtained.To ensure the smooth unloading of the equipment during operation,the running state was analyzed,and the control of productivity after overload and the setting of running time were obtained.Meanwhile,the filling rate of the chain bucket was monitored in real time through the image acquisition system,and the system load was calculated,thus realizing the real-time monitoring of productivity and further ensuring the smooth production.The analysis results provide a basis for the design and control of the lifting system of the continuous ship unloader,and also a method to analyze the state of the lifting system.
