摘要
六安市凤凰桥水质净化厂一期工程建设规模4×104 m3/d,二期工程将建设规模提升至9×104 m3/d,出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准和《巢湖流域城镇污水处理厂和工业行业主要水污染物排放限值》(DB 34/2710—2016)的共同要求。通过对一期工程的挖潜和局部改造,在保证出水达到新考核指标的前提下,将处理能力提升至5×104 m3/d。二期工程采用改进型Bardenpho生物池+平流式沉淀池,并采用深床滤池/硫自养滤池深度脱氮,采用高级氧化技术去除新污染物。通过运行工况的调整,凤凰桥水质净化厂雨季处理能力可提升至13×104 m3/d。运行结果显示,出水水质可稳定达标。
The construction scale of the first phase of Fenghuangqiao wastewater purification plant in Lu'an is 4×104 m3/d,and the second phase of the project will increase the construction scale to 9×104m3/d.The effluent quality should comply with the combined requirements of the class A standard of the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002) and the Discharge Limits of Major Water Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants & Industries in the Chaohu Basin(DB 34/2710-2016).By exploring the potential of the first phase project and making partial transformations,the treatment capacity was enhanced to 5×104 m3/d while ensuring that the effluent met the new standard.Improved Bardenpho biological tanks and horizontal flow sedimentation tanks were adopted in the second phase project,and deep-bed filters/sulfur autotrophic denitrification filters were adopted to remove nitrogen,while advanced oxidation was adopted to remove emerging contaminants.The treatment capacity could be increased to 13×104 m3/d during the rainy season through the adjustment of operation.The operation results indicated that the effluent quality could meet the standards steadily.
