摘要
在新的排放标准实施背景下,对金堂县食用菌产业园区污水厂存在的处理能力和处理效果偏低等问题进行了分析。根据该污水厂进水水量和水质变化特点,改扩建工程确定采用“事故调节池+水解酸化池+AAO/A/MBR生化池+臭氧高级氧化池+接触消毒池”的主体处理工艺,该工艺可强化去除污水中的难降解有机物、色度、TP、TN和SS等。实际运行结果表明,工艺运行状况良好,出水水质稳定,对SS、TP、COD、NH_(3)-N、BOD_(5)、TN的去除率分别达到了96.8%、93.7%、94.3%、97.5%、96.5%、80.3%,出水水质满足项目环评批复的要求,显著削减了受纳水体的污染负荷。
In light of the new discharge standard being implemented,the analysis was conducted on the issues related to the low treatment capacity and effectiveness of the wastewater treatment plant in Jintang County Edible Fungi Industrial Park.Based on the characteristics of influent quantity and quality of the wastewater treatment plant,the primary treatment process for the renovation and expansion project consisted of accident regulation tank,hydrolytic acidification tank,AAO/A/MBR biochemical tank,ozone advanced oxidation tank and contact disinfection tank.This combined process was designed to enhance the removal efficiency of refractory organic matter,chromaticity,total phosphorus(TP),total nitrogen(TN),and suspended solids(SS) from the wastewater.The operational results indicated that the process was functioning optimally,with stable effluent quality.The removal efficiencies of SS,TP,COD,NH_3-N,BOD_5,and TN achieved 96.8%,93.7%,94.3%,97.5%,96.5%,and 80.3% respectively,thereby ensuring that the effluent quality met the limits set forth in the project EIA approval.Consequently,there was a significant reduction in the pollution load of the receiving water.
