社会主义核心价值观对外传播策略探析

An Analysis of the External Communication Strategy of Socialist Core Values

中国式现代化取得辉煌成就、西方主流价值观走向衰落以及智媒体发展引发的媒体格局和舆论生态变化等为加强社会主义核心价值观对外传播提供了坚实支撑、历史契机和技术支持,但是对外传播效能发挥不充分、西方言论对中国的污名化、不同国家的文化背景差异等也使社会主义核心价值观对外传播面临挑战。因此,要凸显人类意识、人文意识、情感意识,把全人类共同价值作为对外传播价值基调;凸显中国式现代化的民族特色、价值取向、实现路径,把中国式现代化作为对外传播内容主调;要凸显对外话语的情感力量、主动力量、通俗力量,把实现对外话语的自塑作为对外传播话语语调,从而加强社会主义核心价值观对外传播,增强中华文化传播力、吸引力、影响力和竞争力。

The brilliant achievements of Chinese modernization,the decline of western mainstream values and the changes of media pattern and public opinion ecology caused by the development of intelligent media have provided solid support,historical opportunity and technical support for strengthening the external communication of socialist core values.However,the insufficient efficiency of external communication,the stigmatization of western discourse on China,and the cultural background differences of different countries also make the external communication of socialist core values face challenges.Therefore,it is necessary to highlight human consciousness,humanistic consciousness and emotional consciousness,and take the common value of all mankind as the keynote of external communication value;we should highlight the national characteristics,value orientation and implementation path of Chinese style modernization,and take Chinese style modernization as the main tone of external communication content;it is necessary to highlight the emotional power,active power and popular power of external discourse,and to shape the realization of external discourse into self shaping as the tone of external communication discourse,strengthen the external communication of socialist core values and enhance the communication power,attraction,influence and competitiveness of Chinese culture.
