摘要
运用文献资料法、分析法等研究方法对高校体育专业课程思政的育人模式进行研究。基于课程思政的历史发展,依据高校体育专业课程思政的建设实践现状,高校体育专业课程有以身体练习为主要手段、学生身心直接体验、“健康第一”为理念的特点;体育专业教育课程中蕴含有丰富的思政教育内容,学生在课程自我体验中升华思想政治素养,体育专业课程在思政教育中的协同育人效应,基于这些独特优势,探索在体育专业的教育课程教学中融入思政教育,将思想政治教育通过“教-学-训-赛”融入学生的专业知识技能学习之中,建设形成在“教”中引导、在“学”中体悟、在“训”中践行、在“赛”中展现的一体化育人模式,实现提高人才培养质量目标。
In this paper,the literature method,analysis method and other research methods were used to study the education mode of ideological and political education in college physical education courses.Based on the historical development of courses for ideological and political education and the current status of its implementation in college sports majors,this study highlights the characteristics of college sports courses,which include physical exercise as the primary means,direct physical and mental experience for students,and the concept of"health first".Rich content of ideological and political education is embedded in sports education courses,where students enhance their ideological and political literacy through self-experience in courses,and sports majors courses exhibit a synergistic educational effect in ideological and political education.Building on these unique advantages,this study explores the integration of ideological and political education into the teaching of educational curricula in sports majors.By incorporating ideological and political education into students'professional knowledge and skill learning through the"teaching-learning-training-competition"approach,an integrated educational mode is established,featuring guidance in"teaching,"comprehension in"learning,"practice in"training,"and demonstration in"competition,"ultimately aiming to achieve the goal of improving the quality of talent cultivation.
