基于数据驱动的供电和数据可靠性耦合影响分析

摘要 随着越来越多的可再生能源和电力电子设备接入,传统电网已经逐步转变为信息层和物理层深度耦合的信息物理系统。数据中大规模冗余信息和恶意网络攻击等因素会导致智能电网数据传输过程存在严重风险,进而造成保护装置误动等问题,降低电网的供电可靠性。为了量化数据可靠性对供电可靠性的影响,提出一种基于综合评价指数的耦合影响分析方案。首先,在现有数据可靠性评价方案下引入参照一致度和逻辑一致度指标;其次,定义基于主客观赋权方法的可靠性综合评价指数,通过指数间的非线性关系反映可靠性之间的耦合影响;最后,基于河北省唐山市玉田县7个公用变压器台区的真实遥测数据,验证了所提分析方法的有效性。 With the access of renewable energy sources and power electronic devices,the traditional power grid has been gradually transformed into an information-physical system with a deep coupling between the information and physical layers.Factors such as large-scale redundant information in data and malicious cyberattacks can lead to serious risks in the data transmission process,which in turn can cause problems such as false activation of protection devices and reduce the power supply reliability of the grid.In order to quantify the impact of data reliability on power supply reliability,a coupling impact analysis scheme based on a comprehensive evaluation index is proposed.Firstly,the article introduces the indexes of referential consistency and logical consistency under the existing data reliability evaluation method.Secondly,the method defines the comprehensive reliability evaluation index based on the subjective and objective weighting method,and reflects the coupling influence between the reliability through the linear relationship between the indexes.Finally,the validity of the proposed analytical method is verified based on the real telemetry data of seven public transformer substations in Yutian County,Tangshan City,Hebei Province,China.
