通过项目式学习渗透劳动教育的初中生物学教学策略——以“鱼”为例

摘要 烹饪是中学生需要掌握的劳动技能之一,以项目式学习的形式在初中生物学教学中渗透当地特色饮食的烹饪方法,利于引导学生在解决实际问题的过程中形成生物学核心素养,在参与劳动的过程中热爱劳动.
