摘要
指向核心素养的小学劳动教育课程化实施是促进学生全面发展的必然选择,是推进劳动教育科学开展的应然要求,是保障劳动教育实践成效的有力举措。然而,传统观念和价值立场的偏差导致课程地位边缘化,相对匮乏的教学资源导致课程教学保障滞后化,不完善的评价体系导致课程教学实效模糊化,小学劳动教育课程化实施面临诸多困难。通过厘清小学劳动教育课程化实施的价值意涵,分析其问题症候,为劳动教育课程核心素养如何落地阐明实践路向。即革新理念,建构纵横相接的课程目标;统整资源,设置知行合一的课程内容;完善制度,打造动态开放的实施框架;保障质量,构建切实可行的评价体系。
The curricular implementation of primary school labor education,which points to the core accomplishment,is an inevitable choice to promote the all-round development of students,a necessary requirement to promote the scientific development of labor education,and a powerful measure to ensure the practical effect of labor education.However,the deviation form traditional concepts and value standpoint leads to the marginalization of curriculum status,the relative lack of teaching resources leads to the lagging of curriculum teaching guarantee,the imperfect evaluation system leads to the ambiguity of curriculum teaching effectiveness,and the implementation of primary school labor education curriculum faces many difficulties.On the basis of clarifying the value meaning of the implementation of the curriculum of labor education in primary schools and analyzing its problems and symptoms,this paper expounds the practical direction according to the implementation of the core quality of labor education curriculum.That is,to innovate the idea and construct the interconnecting curriculum objectives;Integrate the resources and set up the course content that combines knowledge and action;Improve the system and build a dynamic and open implementation framework;Ensure quality and build a feasible evaluation system.
