摘要
为探究木本蔬菜赤苍藤(ErythropalumscandensBl.)2年生扦插苗对光照、氮肥及二者相互作用的适应性,确定最适宜其生长的光氮处理。采用4个光照强度[100.00%、70.85%、52.45%、13.85%自然光照(natural sunlight, NS)]和5个尿素水平(0、2.5、5.0、7.5、10.0g/株)的双因素随机区组试验设计,探究不同光氮处理下赤苍藤幼苗地上、地下部分的生长及生物量积累情况。结果表明,与对照(100%NS+0g/株尿素)相比,不同光氮处理对赤苍藤新芽萌发影响极显著,对根系指标影响显著,对地径增量、新生枝条长度、叶面积影响不显著。适度遮阴(70.85%NS)和低、中度施氮(2.5~5.0g/株尿素)更利于赤苍藤地上部分的生长,反之更利于地下部分的生长。在本试验条件下,L1N2(70.85%NS+5 g/株尿素)处理下赤苍藤增粗、新芽萌发、生物量积累状况最佳,L1N1(70.85%NS+2.5 g/株尿素)处理下,新生枝条伸长以及根系生长发育状况最佳。模糊隶属函数结果表明,70.85%NS+2.5~5.0 g/株尿素处理下,赤苍藤生长及生物量积累总体表现最佳。合理安排氮肥的施用,为赤苍藤高产及高效氮肥管理提供理论依据。
To investigate the adaptability of 2-year-old cuttings of the woody vegetable Erythropalum scandens Bl.to light,nitrogen fertilizer,and their interactions,and to determine the most suitable light and nitrogen treatment for its growth.This study used a dual factor randomized block experimental design with four light intensities[100.00%,70.85%,52.45%,and 13.85%NS(natural sunlight)]and five urea levels(0,2.5,5.0,7.5,and 10.0 g·plant–1),to explore the growth and biomass accumulation of the above-and under-ground parts of the seedlings of E.scandens Bl.under different light and nitrogen treatments.Compared with the CK treatment(100.00%NS+0 g·plant–1 urea),the different light and nitrogen treatments had very significant effects on the germination of new shoots of E.scandens Bl.had a significant impact on root indicators.,had no significant effect on ground diameter,length of new branches,leaf area,and root indicators.Moderate shading(70.85%NS)and low to moderate nitrogen application(2.5~5.0 g·plant–1 urea)were more conducive to the growth of the aboveground part of E.scandens.Conversely,they are more conducive to the growth of the underground part.In this study,the L1N2(70.85%NS+5 g·plant–1 urea)treatment resulted in the best germination and biomass accumulation of new shoots of E.scandens Bl.,while L1N1(70.85%NS+2.5 g·plant–1 urea)treatment had the best thickening,new branches elongation,and root growth and development status of E.scandens Bl.The fuzzy membership function results revealed that under the 70.85%NS+2.5 g·plant–1 urea treatment,the overall performance of the growth and biomass accumulation of E.scandens Bl.was the best.Reasonably arrange the application of nitrogen fertilizer to provide a theoretical basis for the high yield and efficient nitrogen fertilizer management of E.scandens Bl.
