基于文献计量的农业科研机构竞争力分析——以海南省7所科教机构为例

Competitiveness Analysis of Agricultural Research Institutions Via Bibliometrics—A Case Study of 7 Science and Education Institutions in Hainan Province

基于文献计量分析,围绕海南省科教机构在农业领域2013—2022年间的科技论文和专利产出,从8个维度深入分析7所海南省农业领域主要科教机构的科技竞争力。研究结果显示,海南省农业领域的科研生产力整体呈现上升趋势,科技论文的产出效能逐步由国内拓展至国际,专利授权数量也逐年递增,表明整体科研水平显著提高,影响力不断扩大。进一步对比分析发现,2018年海南自贸港的建立,大力推动了海南省科教机构国际化科研生产力和技术生产力发展,显著提升了机构的科技竞争力,这充分证明自由贸易港建设为海南农业科技发展提供了广阔的发展平台和国际化发展机遇。尽管如此,海南省在农业科技创新方面仍存在不足。因此,未来应充分利用自贸港政策优势,发挥中国热带农业科学院和海南大学的引领作用,进一步提升海南省农业科技创新能力。

Based on the bibliometric analysis,this paper examines the science and technology competitiveness of seven primary science and education institutions in Hainan Province across eight dimensions.It specifically focuses on the output of scientific and technological papers and patents in the agricultural field from 2013 to 2022.The findings reveal an upward trend in overall scientific research productivity within Hainan Province’s agricultural sector.Moreover,there is a gradual expansion of output efficiency for scientific and technological papers from domestic to international platforms,accompanied by a year-over-year increase in patent grants.These results indicate significant improvement in overall scientific research capabilities with expanding influence.Furthermore,a comparative analysis demonstrated that since the Hainan Free Trade Port was established in 2018,it has considerably facilitated the development of international scientific research productivity and technological advancements within science and education institutions in Hainan Province.Consequently,their scientific and technological competitiveness has significantly increased.It precisely highlights how the construction of the free trade port provides a broad developmental platform along with international opportunities for agricultural science and technology advancement within Hainan Province.However,Hainan’s agricultural science and technology innovation ability currently remains insufficient.Therefore,future efforts should focus on leveraging both the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences'leading advantages and those possessed by Hainan University to further promote improvements in agricultural science and technology innovation capability within Hainan Province.
