摘要
目的探讨行为分析疗法干预联合家庭的护理培训对孤独症谱系障碍患儿的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月苏州大学附属儿童医院收治的88例孤独症谱系障碍患儿作为观察对象,按组间基本资料可匹配的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施行为分析疗法干预联合家庭护理培训,比较两组患儿孤独症行为量表(ABC)评分、孤独症治疗评估量表(ATEC)评分、患儿家长满意度等临床相关数据。结果干预前,两组患儿孤独症行为量表(ABC)的社交、感知/认知、表达/语言沟通、行为及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组ABC的社交、感知/认知、表达/语言沟通、行为及总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患儿ATEC的社交、感知/认知、表达/语言沟通、行为及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组ATEC的社交、感知/认知、表达/语言沟通、行为及总分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿家长满意度比较,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行为分析疗法结合家庭护理培训对孤独症谱系障碍患儿的干预效果明显,不仅在患儿行为和功能方面取得积极成效,而且得到了家长们的高度认可。
Objective To explore the effect of behavioral analysis therapy intervention combined with home nursing training on children with autism spectrum disorder.Methods A total of 88 children with autism spectrum disorder admitted to the Children's Hospital of Soochow University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the observation subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 44 cases in each group,based on the principle of matching basic data between groups.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received behavioral analysis therapy intervention combined with home nursing training.Clinical relevant data,such as Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC)scores,Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist(ATEC)scores,and parental satisfaction,were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the social,perception/cognition,expressive/language communication,behavior,and total scores of ABC between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the observation group had lower scores in social,perception/cognition,expressive/language communication,behavior,and total scores on the ABC compared to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the social,perception/cognition,expressive/language communication,behavior,and total scores of ATEC between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the observation group also had lower ATEC scores in social,perception/cognition,expressive/language communication,behavior,and total scores compared to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The parental satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of behavioral analysis therapy and home nursing training demonstrated significant intervention effects for children with autism spectrum disorder.It not only achieved positive outcomes in the children's behavior and functioning but also received high recognition from the parents.
