工程机械行业数字化转型场景图谱构建与实践路径研究

Research on the Constructing and Practical Path of Digital Transformation Scenario Chart of the Construction Machinery Industry

当前,以数字化转型引领的新一轮产业变革快速发展,不断重塑产业竞争规则和格局。工程机械行业作为我国装备制造业的重点产业之一,承担着为国民经济各部门、各行业提供技术装备和生产工具的任务,很大程度上影响着甚至决定着相关产业部门的技术进步和产业发展水平。本文从工程机械行业发展现状出发,研究以加快行业数字化转型推进工程机械行业高质量发展的主要路径,提出以构建工程机械行业“一图四清单”推进工程机械产业链数字化转型的系统方法,明确数字技术赋能产业链转型升级的主攻方向和提升路径,旨在为工程机械行业推进数字化转型提供价值参考。

Currently,a new round of industrial transformation led by digitalization is unfolding rapidly,continuously reshaping industry competition rules and patterns.The construction machinery industry,as one of the key sectors in China's equipment manufacturing industry,plays a crucial role in providing technological equipment and production tools for various sectors of the national economy.It significantly impacts,and even determines,the technological progress and industrial development levels of related sectors.This paper starts from the current development status of the construction machinery industry and studies the main pathways to accelerate digital transformation for high-quality development in this sector.It proposes a systematic approach to advancing the digital transformation of the construction machinery industry chain by creating a"One Map and Four Lists"framework.This approach aims to clarify the main directions and improvement paths for digital technology enabling industry chain transformation and upgrading,providing valuable reference for advancing digital transformation in the construction machinery industry.
