中药单体逆转卵巢癌化疗耐药性的作用机制研究进展

摘要 卵巢癌的死亡率在女性生殖系统肿瘤中排名第二,并且呈现逐年上升的趋势,成为威胁女性生命安全与健康的重大疾病。其主要死亡原因是复发和化疗耐药。因此,需要开发更有效且低毒的抗卵巢癌化疗耐药药物来应对当前的治疗挑战。与化学合成药物相比,中药单体作为天然产物,具有安全性高、副作用小、作用靶点多的优势。本文在阐述卵巢癌化疗耐药机制的基础上,总结了中药单体逆转卵巢癌化疗耐药性的主要分子机制,旨在为临床治疗提供新的思路。 The mortality rate of ovarian cancer ranks second among female reproductive system tumors,and it is increasing year by year,becoming a major disease that threatens women's life safety and health.The main causes of death are recurrence and chemotherapy resistance.Therefore,there is a need to develop more effective and less toxic anti-chemotherapy-resistant drugs to combat the current treatment challenges of ovarian cancer.Compared to chemically synthesized drugs,traditional Chinese medicine monomers,as natural products,have the advantages of high safety,minimal side effects,and multiple target actions.This article,based on elucidating the mechanism of chemotherapy resistance in ovarian cancer,summarizes the main molecular mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine monomers in reversing chemotherapy resistance in ovarian cancer,aiming to provide new insights for clinical treatment.
